Service after the sale is what separates one dealership from the rest. Roche's is founded on the idea that service is the most important thing we can do, and we go that extra mile to make sure that the repair is done correctly. Most first time visitors can't believe the size of the repair shops, especially considering the small town in which we are located. They can't believe the effort that goes into fixing a problem that maybe they've already taken to another dealership.

Roche's has instituted an extensive technician factory training process to make sure our people are aware of what's under your hood. We maintain a modern facility with the latest tools.

Our parts department is beyond anything you are likely to find anywhere else. Our location has historically dictated a certain level of independence that those closer to warehouses didn't need to maintain. What that means is we try to stock as many parts as we can "just in case we need it", as opposed to those who try to stock as little as necessary.

The old adage "if we don't have it, you don't need it" is probably more true here than anywhere you've ever been. We've been here a long time and have accumulated quite a large inventory of part numbers over those years.
